I just love telling everyone of the benefits of my purple Rice.Thank you too for those who have contacted me since then with their enquires.
A little late with replying but it was an exhausting day for me.
Being 90 does make a little difference to your energy although my daily purple rice keeps me going most of the time both mentally and physically.
